Description:
Lying in the Corporate sector on the outer reaches of the galaxy, it is the only inhabitable planet in the system; its main physical feature is a large ocean in the southern hemisphere. To the north, a vast desert is home to ground-dwellers, while small patches of jungle vegetation give shade to other animal life. The two poles are covered by ice, forcing most life to the central sunbelt. As one of the only temperate planets in the area, Mall`ordian is a frequent stop for space travelers. This has caused many trading cities and outposts to spring up on the surface over the centuries. Mining has also increased, as more caves with mineral-rich deposits have been discovered by scientists.
