Description:
The Vagran System is made up of five planets and, by galactic standards, a young sun. Located in the Corellian Sector of space, the Vagran System is not at all that important. Its main advantage is that it lies close to the Corellian System and therefore must be traveled through to get there. Determined by the Alpha Team, all of the planets have resources. The only catch is that four of the planets are safe enough to mine. They were found on its only habitable planet, Vagran, the toxic planet of Narzinbar and the gas giants of Galnor and Calamor.
One of sixteen systems, the Vagran System is one of only a handful of systems in the sector that include habitable worlds The lack of any faction makes this a prime target smugglers to land and pick up cargo since there is no one who really cares about their actions. The Imperial Base on Corellia however could make it a little difficult to get into the sector and out safely.
Dead center of the entire sector makes it the system a prime target to develop a trade and market. However such a venture could prove difficult and has a high possibility of failure because of the costs to run such a business and the need to attract others to the area. As of now the system is undeveloped, uncivilized and ignored by most. If not for the fact that it is where it is no one would know, or care, of its existence. Its one habitable planet stands alone in the system. There are no moons or asteroids in the entire system. The lack of obstacles makes this the perfect system to practice flying for a beginner.
Every system has a mystery. For instance, it is believed that the planets in the Corellian system were dragged by something and now reside in that system. This system has two. Though more easily solvable than how the planet in the Corellian system got to where they are, it still confounds scientists how Narzinbar went from a lush green planet into the winter version of hell and how Vagran has several large spaceships that lie broken and hidden by the planets rich foliage.
